My name is Jake Daoust and I am from Orangeville Ontario Canada. Through my 15 years of boxing I have claimed 4 Canadian amateur titles, fought around the world on team Canada, and recently turned professional and am now 4 wins with 1 loss with 3 of my wins coming by way of knockout. I've recently decided to expand my knowledge of the sweet science in hopes to help you learn self defense, and get in great shape in the mean time. And most importantly have fun!
